Our performance optimisation programme seeks out the mechanism that is limiting your current performance and eliminates it. To do this we apply a progression of protocols designed for elite sports performance.

With Recover Fast you can recover to pre-injury performance levels by using high intensity exercises with bio-electrical stimulation in the correct position. The intensity is controlled within the parameters of your body and your current level of conditioning. 

Once we have eliminated the cause of the performance deficiency we then enter a systematic progression of high-intensity to supra-intensity (high-speed, high-load, high-volume) conditioning routines targeting specific physiological traits - those associated with elite physical performance.

We apply protocols to facilitate optimal brain function and eccentric muscular actions, allowing muscles to rapidly return to their natural length, improving range-of-motion and enhancing your ability to absorb and exert force efficiently. These protocols can be applied to either the entire body or to specific target muscle groups before activity to improve performance.
