We apply protocols such as “muscle loosening” to facilitate eccentric contraction allowing muscles to rapidly return to their natural length, improving range-of-motion and enhancing their ability to absorb force efficiently. These protocols can be applied to either the entire body or to specific target muscle groups before activity to improve performance. We also have cool down protocols designed to facilitate blood flow and metabolism.

The intensity is controlled within the parameters of your body and your current level of conditioning.  We then enter a systematic progression of high-intensity to supra-intensity (high-speed, high-load, high-volume) conditioning routines targeting specific physiological traits - those associated with elite physical performance.
